Wat ga je doen?

Together with your team manager and your team, you ensure that our DC has the correct (stock) data for our items and that they are given the most efficient location in our warehouse. As a truly cooperative foreman or foreman, you also roll up your sleeves. People move for you. They do this because you set a good example, but also because you are enthusiastic and care about a pleasant working atmosphere. When there are new employees, you provide a warm welcome. You always wonder if things can be done better, faster and more efficiently. Your Team Manager is happy to listen to your input and you will work on it together.

What are you going to do?
• You are present on the floor at all times to get the most out of it every day together with your colleagues.
• You are the operational point of contact for the employees of the relevant department on the floor and ensure that they can do their work without problems and/or delays.
• Together with your team manager, you and your team are responsible for the correct (stock) data of our items.
• You are partly responsible for various quality and quantity objectives and that work is done safely.
• As a manager, you are in favor of receiving and training new colleagues well.
• You also ensure a pleasant working atmosphere in your team.

Wie ben jij?

• A completed education at a minimum college/MBO level (logistics is an advantage).
• You are a real go-getter and know how to motivate your colleagues to get the best out of themselves and each other.
• You can communicate clearly and are open and accessible. You also don't turn your back on training new employees. Customer focus is your top priority and you always keep your agreements.
• Flexibility: you have no problem working in the evenings and weekends.
• You have a good command of English language, spoken and written.

Our LOIL e-commerce distribution center is located in Roosendaal. This new company is part of Lidl International and is responsible for the logistics services of our e-commerce activities. From here, non-food items are collected every day and sent to our webshop customers throughout Western Europe.
