Wat ga je doen?
As a Team Manager together with your Assistant Team Manager, you will lead the employees in your team. Together, you will ensure that the process runs smoothly, cost-effectively, and efficiently. Your colleagues on the shop floor will always have the right data and information thanks to you. You analyze key figures and discuss your conclusions with your employees and your manager. In this way, you will optimize the system and process together, working on improvements in our logistics. Besides focusing on the system and process, your attention will also be on the team. You organize the deployment of your people. With involvement and enthusiasm, you create a pleasant, collegial work atmosphere. You mentor your employees and engage in discussions about their development. Thanks to you, your employees will bring out the best in themselves.
• Your main task as a team manager is to coordinate the order release and various goods flows in the warehouse using our SAP system.
• You monitor the continuous flow in the system and the different processes, ensuring that orders are processed correctly and on time to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• You provide the operation with updates on workload and staffing needs based on current performance.
• You know which procedures, processes, and methods should be followed to optimize the logistics process.
• You create an efficient and realistic planning of all tasks and your personnel.
• You will report to the Area Manager.
Wie ben jij?
• You have at least a completed MBO (level 4) / HBO education and a minimum of 3 years of work experience in an e-commerce or logistics environment.
• You are familiar with SAP and/or other logistics IT software systems.
• Thanks to your experience, positive attitude, and communication skills, you can lead a diverse team and easily engage in conversations with your team.
• You enjoy taking on operational tasks but are also continuously looking for improvements.
• You have knowledge of the English Language (Dutch is a plus).

Wij zijn
In Echt, we have our e-commerce distribution center of LOIL. This new company is part of Lidl International and is responsible for the logistics services of our e-commerce activities. From here, non-food items will be collected and shipped daily to our e-commerce DCs in Europe.
