As a reach truck driver at Lidl, you have a very varied job. No week is the same, your working hours vary and you are working with different products every day. You ensure that the products are ready to be collected in the racks. In busy times, tens of thousands of boxes are easily sent out each day! As a reach truck driver, you play a very important role in this. In short:
- From the moment goods are received, you place our products in the right places in the racks;
- You always work neatly and accurately. Colleagues can count on you to carry out your work safely and efficiently;
- You work in shifts and therefore also regularly on weekends;
- The schedules are drawn up well in advance so that everyone's wishes can be taken into account as much as possible;
- You occasionally work in conditioned spaces (cooling and freezing);
- The reach truck is your main tool. You use it optimally; you know better than anyone what you can and cannot do with the reach truck; In an atmosphere of collegiality, you work closely with your colleagues in goods receipt and order picking to ensure that all processes run as smoothly as possible.
Wie ben jij?
- You are at least 18 years old;
- You are available for work 7 days a week and certainly also on weekends. Your working hours are usually from 9:00 to 18:00 or from 10:00 to 19:00;
- Of course you are in possession of a reach truck certificate and you have already gained experience in a similar work environment;
- In addition, you are someone who likes to tackle things and is helpful.
